What is the most common form of hate crimes against lesbians? Is it rape?

I heard about the situation in South Africa and how homophobes are raping lesbians and assaulting the butch-looking lesbians to "cure" them. One of the articles stated that rape is "the most common" form of abuse. I would like to know what the most common form of hate crimes against lesbians are in general/globally (not just in South Africa). Thank you.

I get verbal attacks.
Usually from men who, I suspect, fall under the following
classifications:
1) Whistle size
2) Incurably flaccid
3) Closets in denial

There go the thumbs down. Probably from men under the classifications mentioned above. The more confident men wouldn't attack lesbians
